Kevin's role may be professional and advisory, but he has no fear of getting his hands dirty: he built the family home.
His industry roots were in carpentry, but working at an RAF base as an apprentice carpenter he was loaned to a Quantity Surveyor, and was so taken by QS work that within a year that's what he'd converted to.
Kevin is involved in construction litigation, expert witness and legal support services for the construction industry and as a QS specialising in the commercial market (office, industrial and private high value residential), education and in the historic building conservation sector. His degree and professional qualifications include a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying and a Masters Degree in Project Management and Property Development and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Kevin has a passion for 50s and 60s sports cars, and occasionally competes in historic races. His other two passions are his two favourite 10 square metres of Planet Earth: “My home, obviously, but also the, Minack Theatre, Cornwall, watching a play on a summer’s evening with the sun going down across the sea.”
