Steve heads up the London office’s cost management team to successfully deliver projects and programmes of all sizes.

As a skilled, results-orientated Director, he provides early strategic advice to clients to drive the most optimal outcomes, aligning these to business cases and successfully meeting quality, governance and commercial targets.

During his lengthy career, Steve has become accomplished at master planning, cost planning, value management, risk management and all facets of post-contract delivery.

Steve has spearheaded the firm’s success in the healthcare sector, delivering major programmes of work at Brighton 3Ts and for Great Ormond Street Hospital, along with numerous other NHS trusts.

Despite being a fully-chartered surveyor and holding a master’s degree with distinction in quantity surveying, Steve wasn’t always so clear about his professional aspirations and it was only after advising others on their career paths at the London Business School that he decided to take his own advice and become a surveyor!

In his spare time, Steve likes cycling, squash, football and music. Although above all, Steve’s biggest passion is travelling. He has visited over 40 countries around the world, as well as working in Israel, Poland and China.
