McBains supports completion of new 419-room student scheme near Nottingham

Developed by Cassidy Group Ltd, the scheme provides high-quality, self-contained studio apartments alongside dedicated study areas, fitness facilities, a cinema room, private dining facilities and communal spaces, creating a modern environment for students.

Throughout construction, McBains provided independent project monitoring services to Zorin Finance, delivering technical oversight and reporting on progress, cost, programme, quality and construction risk. By providing timely, objective advice throughout the development, the team helped ensure the funder had the information needed to make informed decisions and protect its investment.

The development was officially opened on 1 September, with rugby legend Mike Tindall MBE attending the launch to mark the completion of the scheme ahead of the new academic year.
