We deliver property and infrastructure advice across the full asset lifecycle, from strategic estate and financial consultancy through to programme management, planning, regeneration and infrastructure delivery. Our experience extends across the UK and internationally, including within PPP environments.
Through our appointments to key frameworks, including GCA (formerly CCS), public sector organisations can access our services efficiently and in full compliance, whether by direct award or further competition.
The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office, helping the public sector secure maximum value when procuring goods and services.
Launched on 1st April 2026, GCA combines the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and several Cabinet Office central commercial teams.
McBains is appointed to the GCA Construction Professional Services (CPS) framework (RM6165), enabling engagement via call-off contracts, either by direct award or further competition.
