We are proud to support Design…Engineer…Construct! (DEC), an award-winning programme inspiring the next generation of built environment professionals. DEC combines STEM learning with real-world architecture, engineering and construction experience, enabling students to develop digital skills, work on sustainable design challenges and gain an industry-recognised qualification.
Recently, we've partnered with Mossbourne Academy in Hackney Downs and their DEC programme: mentoring students through workshops, portfolio development, mock interviews and CPD sessions. Using live local projects, we help students apply design principles in a real-world context.
2025 impact at a glance:
By sharing our time and expertise, we help young people build confidence, develop employability skills and see a future for themselves in the built environment, supporting a more diverse and inclusive workforce for the industry.
We support the communities where we live and work by giving our time, skills and resources to causes that matter. Through volunteering, fundraising, pro bono professional support and charitable giving, we focus on practical action that delivers tangible benefits and responds to local need.
