Digital Engineering (BIM)

Digital design doesn't have to be complicated. You don't need to know how every tool works – you just need to know the results will work for you.

We make complex digital processes simple. Our designers and engineers know when to share solutions with you clearly, and when to handle the detail behind the scenes.

Digital engineering isn't just about technology – it's about connecting people. By working in a shared digital environment, we keep everyone on the same page: you, other consultants, contractors and supply chains. That means fewer surprises, fewer delays and a smoother delivery.

We skip the jargon and focus on what matters to you: clear information, joined-up thinking and better outcomes.

Adding real value

From the first concept through construction and into operation, digital engineering helps us reduce risk, cut waste and improve performance across your asset's whole lifecycle. It's about making smarter decisions today that create lasting value.

  • BIM-led design — From project outset, teams explore design solutions in 3D, to create fully coordinated, data-rich digital models that enable faster and more informed decision-making.
  • Rapid optioneering and feasibility testing — Early production of area schedules, massing models, key sections, plans and elevations. Designs are tested quickly against design quality, commercial viability, programme and cost constraints.
  • Real time collaborative working — A shared live Revit database allows architects, engineers and designers to work simultaneously; enabling immediate coordination between façade, structure, building services and spatial planning.
  • Digital cost, programme and risk management — Our cost consultants and project managers utilise the BIM model directly; enhancing understanding of construction sequencing, complexity and risk.
  • Lifecycle-focused digital engineering — Continuous development to incorporate life-cycle costing, asset management and scheduled maintenance.
  • Virtual reality and immersive design — BIM models synchronised with VR platforms, creating immersive environments where finishes and spaces can be edited and viewed in real time, and allowing clash detection and pinch points to be reviewed from a truly realistic perspective.
