We’re proud to announce that McBains has been successful in securing a place on multiple lots of the second-generation Procure Partnerships Professional Services Framework.

The four-year framework supports public sector bodies to procure professional service partners across four core disciplines and nine geographic regions, with McBains being appointed onto the following lots:

  • Project Management – North East, Yorkshire, North West, West Midlands, East of England, London, South East, South West
  • Quantity Surveying – North East, South East, South West
  • Building Surveying – North East, South West
  • Architectural Design – North East

Open to any public sector organisations, the framework will run alongside Procure Partnerships’ Contractor Framework and allows users to appoint pre-approved suppliers via direct award or further competition.

Anthony Coumidis, Commercial Director at McBains, commented: “Our appointment across multiple lots of the Procure Partnerships Professional Services Framework is indicative of the breadth of expertise we have on offer at McBains. We’re very much looking forward to supporting both our existing and potential clients with their construction projects via this framework partnership”.

Faye Dolan, Framework Director at Procure Partnerships Framework, added: “McBains is a very welcomed consultant partner to the second iteration of the Procure Partnerships Professional Services Framework. McBains has previously experienced success on the last iteration of the Framework too, so the Procure Partnerships Framework team are delighted to have McBains as a consultant partner for a second time – Congratulations McBains!”.
