A wholly owned subsidiary of McBains, McBains Cooper Hellas Technical Consulting S.A has built a reputation for excellence over the past 15 years, delivering specialisms not readily available within the Greek market.
From premises in Chalandri, Athens, the team offers a comprehensive range of services including project monitoring, PPP/concessions advisory, technical advisory, independent certification, risk assessment, due diligence, surveying, quantity surveying, BREEAM accreditations and FM consultancy services.
The firm’s client-centric approach has led to the team becoming trusted advisors to some of the region’s key players and their involvement in several prominent and pioneering schemes, including Greece’s first-ever schools PPP project, the redevelopment of Piraeus Tower in the port of Athens, PWC’s new office campus in Marousi, the Alimos Marina concession, the LEED platinum certified Agemar office complex, numerous luxury hotels operated by the likes of Marriott, Grand Hyatt and Ikos, both the Ayia Napa Marina and the Trilogy Limassol Seafront developments in Cyprus and the ground-breaking Amfilochia hydro pumped storage project.
