We’re delighted to welcome a fresh cohort to our NextGen programme for 2025, as we continue our commitment to innovation and leadership development.
The new participants were welcomed by Clive Docwra, Managing Director and Mark Leeson, Operations Director, alongside the initiative’s 2024 members who were responsible for selecting the programme’s new intake.
Launched last year, our NextGen programme is designed to empower emerging leaders and provide them with a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the business. It seeks to foster collaboration, innovation and diverse perspectives to bring together different views, opinions and expertise to influence and inspire positive change.
"The outgoing cohort leaves behind a legacy of impactful projects, setting a high bar for the incoming group but we’re confident that this new generation will bring a fresh set of ideas that will drive our business forward in new ways,” said Mark Leeson, Operations Director, “We very much look forward to working with the new intake and are excited to see the positive impact they're undoubtedly going to have on the business”.
