City AM has published an editorial piece by McBains looking at the skills shortage affecting the construction industry and its potential impact on the Government's plans for an 'infrastructure revolution'.

London won’t be building at all if construction can’t recruit the workers it needs' the article highlights the worrying exodus of EU-born skilled foreign labour, the paucity of young people coming into the industry and the nearing of a significant proportion of the workforce to retirement age.
