McBains is proud to announce its successful appointment to four lots on the Fusion21 Construction Consultancy Services Framework.
With a projected value of £175 million over four years, the national framework is designed to support public sector members to source construction-related consultancy services for the built environment. It is available to housing providers, local authorities, NHS trusts, educational institutions, and blue-light services and offers access to carefully vetted and highly skilled consultants.
Tania Silva, Framework Manager at Fusion21 said: “We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework, including McBains. The tender process was highly competitive and has identified the best suppliers for our members to source construction-related consultancy services for the built environment."
"Members accessing this framework will work with a team of technical procurement experts whilst benefiting from procurement efficiencies, value for money, and a fast route to market. "
McBains has been awarded a place on the following four lots of the framework:
- Structural and Civil Engineering
- CDM Principal Designer
- Carbon Reduction and Sustainability
- Retrofit
"We’re thrilled to have secured a place on four lots of Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework," said Anthony Coumidis, Director at McBains. "This achievement reflects the depth of our expertise and our ability to support clients with safe, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions across the built environment."
McBains’ inclusion across multiple specialist areas positions the company as a trusted partner in helping clients achieve strategic goals – from achieving net zero and retrofitting existing estates, to ensuring compliance and building resilience for the future.
"As an organisation, we’re committed to delivering solutions that not only meet today’s challenges but also shape a sustainable future," added Clive Docwra, McBains Managing Director. "Through this framework, we look forward to working with Fusion21 members to create lasting impact across communities nationwide."
