McBains has been appointed onto two lots of the South East Consortium's 3-year consultancy services framework.
Set up in 2005, the South East Consortium (SEC) is a central purchasing body providing public procurement services to its members. The consortium of 39 housing associations and local authorities manages approximately 400,000 properties across the South East of England (Greater London, East & West Sussex, Kent, Essex and the Home Counties).
McBains has been appointed onto the employer's agent (lot 1) and structural engineering (lot 9) lots of the 3-year framework.
