Adrian Southgate

Adrian specialises in the delivery of project and cost management, operating at the leading edge of procurement initiatives and understanding best value. He is as strong a cost manager as he is a resources manager and cut his teeth working on the first-ever hospital PFI project in the UK; helping change the way hospitals were funded, built and ultimately completed in the UK.

In recent years, Adrian has successfully managed large framework accounts for multi-national clients; leading multiple work programmes and developing multi-skilled, high performing teams. He is a dedicated leader, accomplished in developing and implementing project solutions, and has a reputation for being exhaustively thorough.

Adrian once learnt to kite surf but things didn’t quite go to plan and he put a hairline crack in his pelvis after landing on rocks. Other less dangerous interests include sailing, gardening, cooking and home DIY.
