Having worked as a commercial building surveyor since 1990, Andrew’s skills cover all facets of the profession; including acquisition surveys, defect analysis, planned maintenance, refurbishment, contract administration, dilapidations advice and expert witness.

Andrew first got a flavour for the profession when he did work experience in an estate agents office whilst still at school. He went on to study building surveying at South Bank University but never imagined that two decades later he’d be delivering huge projects and programmes of work such as the enormous task of carrying out dilapidation surveys at the Olympic Park Village, following the 2012 games. Andrew managed a team of twenty surveyors delivering over 2,000 surveys within an incredibly short timeframe.

Passionate about ‘finding the better way’, Andrew loves to drive improvements in efficiency and quality through the effective use of technology.

When he’s not working, Andrew loves to cycle, run or sing and is a regular member of the Northampton Bach Choir.
