With a background that spans healthcare, education, utilities, infrastructure and defence, Asela has developed a broad understanding of the contractual, financial and commercial drivers that underpin complex developments. His experience is complemented by a solid grounding in project management, enabling him to lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence and provide clear direction across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Asela is known for his analytical and commercially focused approach, which combined with strong communication skills, gives him the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Having worked across client, contractor and consultancy roles in both the public and private sectors, he brings a well‑rounded perspective to each commission, ensuring solutions are practical, deliverable and aligned with wider business objectives.

He’s particularly skilled in strategic planning, structured finance and commercial negotiation; helping clients drive successful outcomes on major infrastructure and development programmes.
