Chris Moore

Chris originally joined McBains in 2003 as a year out student, before returning after his graduation from Brighton University in 2005. Since then, he’s built an outstanding career with the business, rising through the ranks to become Director within our London Building Surveying division in 2022.

A highly experienced chartered surveyor, Chris has a keen eye for detail, a meticulous understanding of procurement processes and strong stakeholder management skills.

Chris has worked across all sectors and building types, from commercial and industrial assets through to heritage properties and complex, mixed-use developments. Whatever the building or task at hand, Chris always remains focused on providing clear, reliable advice that supports informed decision-making, risk management and long-term asset planning. He takes a practical, detail-driven approach to deliver insight that clients can trust.

When Chris isn’t working, he can generally be found chasing after his two young boys or using his professional skills to implement his own home improvements. On the rare occasion he gets any down time, Chris likes to play golf, catch up with friends, or watch his beloved Watford FC!
