Lee Wingate

As Director of our Civil and Structural Engineering team, Lee is committed to providing robust, efficient, and buildable solutions and has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors and project types. 

He leads multidisciplinary teams through all stages of a project, from early feasibility and technical due diligence to detailed design and construction support. Known for his pragmatic approach, he works closely with clients and contractors to manage risk, resolve complex structural challenges, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to brief.

With a strong emphasis on technical excellence and collaboration, he’s committed to developing high-performing teams and delivering engineering solutions that support long-term asset performance and value.

A visit to the Jodrell Bank Observatory at the age of ten sparked Lee’s ambition to become an engineer. Today, he’s motivated by the chance to work with people across the country and to design buildings that are both enduring and a source of professional pride.

A former triathlete, Lee loves nothing more than spending time outdoors with his family, although he admits there a lot more café stops along the way these days!
