As Operations Director, Mark drives operational excellence across the business.

Having studied interdisciplinary design at Cambridge University, his experience means he plays a central role in managing and developing the firm's culture and processes. He is an RIBA-qualified architect with a BA Hons Degree in Architecture, a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture and a Diploma in Architectural Practice.

Mark believes that good design has a simple economy, is functional, honest, sustainable, innovative and above all, long-lasting. He has a particular interest in the role that data has in design and delivery, developing the digitalisation of our way of working, leading the charge in changing the way places and buildings are designed and delivered - a process that is faster, simpler, more efficient and ultimately, better!

His hobbies include motorcycles, shooting, sailing and cooking.
