Neil Stubbs

A Director with more than 30 years’ experience in the property and construction sector, Neil Stubbs has led the successful delivery of some of the UK’s most complex, high‑value and high‑profile projects across the public and institutional sectors.

Originally trained in Construction Management and a long‑standing member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Neil began his career on site before moving client‑side, where he has since held senior leadership roles spanning consultancy, programme management and estate development. His experience includes transformative national programmes, landmark cultural and education projects and confidential, multi‑agency government schemes.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, rigorous approach to governance and ability to bring clarity to complex stakeholder environments, Neil is passionate about building high‑performing teams and delivering outcomes that balance strategic vision with operational excellence.

Outside work, Neil is a keen sports enthusiast, enjoying football, running, cycling and tennis, and can often be found hiking and exploring new destinations in the UK and beyond with his family.
