Nick Gregory

A Director with a passion for people as much as projects, Nick joined McBains in 2025, bringing extensive experience across the property, development and construction industry. With a BSc in Project Construction Management and membership of the MCIOB, he combines strong technical knowledge with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-profile projects.

Nick’s interest in construction started at a young age when he used to visit sites with his father - back when that was still allowed – where he developed a fascination with how buildings come together. That early curiosity has stayed with him throughout his career, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for the variety the role brings; from the diversity of projects to the people he works with.

Particularly proud of the team he’s built around him in the Manchester office, Nick brings a consistent, team-focused approach to every project, regardless of client or scale, and is genuinely passionate about the role strong, collaborative teams play in successful project delivery.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Nick throwing himself down a hill on a mountain bike or getting stuck in to restoring classic cars and bikes. He’s also passionate about social justice and equality, values that underpin both his professional and personal outlook.
