Director

Steve is Director of our London Project Management team, leading the delivery of complex construction and property projects with a strong focus on collaboration, programme and delivery. With academic qualifications spanning both undergraduate and postgraduate study (BSc and MSc), and as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Steve combines technical understanding with practical, site-based insight to guide projects from inception through to successful completion.

What most excites Steve about project management is the collaborative nature of the role — working closely with clients, professional teams and contractors to navigate challenges, resolve issues, and ultimately deliver high-quality buildings that work for both the client and the end users. He’s particularly motivated by turning complex problems into clear, deliverable solutions and maintaining momentum even in the most demanding project environments.

Steve’s career path into project management began with a chance conversation with Building Control during a foundations inspection that sparked an interest in the wider role of managing and coordinating construction projects — a moment that prompted him to pursue a career where technical knowledge, leadership and decision-making come together.

Away from his day job, Steve values time spent with family and friends, often making the most of weekends to unwind and recharge. Whether it's long walks, good food, or just a lazy Sunday afternoon in front of the telly, Steve believes down time is key to maintaining perspective and performance.
