McBains has been working continuously with SEGRO for over 40 years delivering a diverse range of projects across their UK portfolio; including at the former-owned Farnborough Business Park and Winnersh Triangle estates, as well as current estates such as SEGRO Park Bracknell and the Slough Trading Estate.
Our team of experts has supported SEGRO in the development and redevelopment of the Slough Trading Estate – from the mid-1980’s through to the present day – carrying out more than 75 developments across the 474-acre site. Our longevity of working across this estate has seen us involved in the redevelopment of several plots with which we were originally involved in developing during the ‘80s and ‘90s.
