The extensive re-imagining of the internal spaces has created a vibrant destination hub for NatWest staff, with a focus on inclusivity, accessibility and staff wellbeing.
The flexible workplace gives staff a choice of work settings for different activities, including spaces for collaboration and for focused work, formal and informal meeting rooms, quiet tech-free zones and a client suite.

Dubbed Natwest’s flagship building for sustainability, the refurbished premises incorporate technology and innovation; with the scheme achieving the RICS SKA gold accreditation – the highest level of sustainable fit-out using the rating method.
The refurbishment also delivers wellness facilities, a multi-faith room, electric vehicle charging stations in the building’s basement and a new external roof terrace.
The project was named winner of the best ‘corporate workplace’ category for the North region at the BCO Awards 2024.
