CHRIS MOORE has been promoted to the position of Director within London’s Building Surveying team. Chris is both technically and professionally a very capable surveyor who is committed to the delivery of a first-class service. His promotion reflects his contribution to the team in terms of winning work, service delivery and people management.

CHRIS STEVENS has been promoted to the position of Director within London’s Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team. Chris is a highly experienced and accomplished engineer with strong design and management abilities that have been successfully applied to a wide variety of projects. His promotion to Director will enable him to continue to contribute to the growth and success of the Building Services department.

ISABELLE LALIBERTE has been promoted to the position of Project Director within the Thames Valley team. Isabelle consistently demonstrates her extensive knowledge, skills and flexibility by rising to all challenges thrown at her. She is a huge asset to the business and her promotion not only reflects her huge contribution to the team but will also enable her to continue to excel in her field, whilst assisting in the growth of the team.

LEE WINGATE has been promoted to the position of Project Director within the London Civil & Structural team. Lee has a strong and positive work ethic, being an integral part of many interdisciplinary projects and proactively implementing the ‘finding the better way’ ethos. His promotion reflects his value to the business and will support the future growth of the team.

ROBBIE KIDD has been promoted to the position of Associate Director within London Cost Management. Robbie is commercially aware, has a keen eye for detail and demonstrates a natural aptitude for business development. He is a valued member of the LCM team and is justly deserving of his promotion to Associate Director.

OLLIE BASS has been promoted to the position of Senior Cost Manager within London Cost Management. Ollie is a valued member of the Cost Management team, contributing effectively to enhance and develop our status, breadth and reputation in the market.

LUIS DELGADO has been promoted to the position of Senior Structural Project Engineer within the London Civil & Structural team. Luis combines technical excellence with collaborative skills to deliver a first-class service. His promotion rewards his initiative, diligence and ability to independently provide day to day structural design leadership to projects; whilst allowing him to further develop his career within McBains.

ALBERTO GHIANI has been promoted to the position of Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) within London Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Alberto is a proactive and diligent member of the team, who embraced the collaborative culture of McBains and is well respected by colleagues and clients alike. Alberto’s promotion is well deserved and supports the future growth of the Building Services team.

LUCAS GIANNAKOPOULOS has been promoted to the position of Senior Project Engineer within the Greek office team. Lucas has proven to be a valuable and highly diligent member of the Athens team. His promotion recognises his hard work and value to the Greek office.

NOELIA NAVARRO has been promoted to the position of Senior Architect within London Architecture. Noelia is a highly competent architect, with a keen eye for detail and passion for design. Her promotion recognises the senior level at which she operates and the contribution she has made to projects; whilst also allowing her to further develop her career within McBains.

TOM GREEN has been promoted to the position of Intermediate Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) within London Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Tom is a proactive member of the team, who uses his own initiative well and builds a strong rapport with clients and project team members alike. His promotion reflects his hard work and commitment.

DAN SHADRICK has been promoted to the position of Cost Manager within London Cost Management. Dan has developed into a competent and commercially-aware cost manager, and a well-liked and reliable member of the team who builds good relationships with both clients and project teams.

ZOI PANISOI has been promoted to the position of Urban Designer within London Housing & Masterplanning. Zoi consistently delivers a high quality, professional and collaborative approach to her team, work and projects. Her promotion recognises her great contribution to the success of the masterplanning team as it continues to expand and take on new clients and increasingly larger scale projects.

KLAUDIA KADILLARI has been promoted to the position of Layout Designer within London Housing & Masterplanning. Klaudia is an efficient and highly motivated team member, who has successfully developed a range of in-demand skills within the sector. Her promotion recognises her strong work ethic and first-class contribution to the team and wider business.

KAREN BROOKE has been promoted to the position of Senior Administrator within the Thames Valley Central team.
