McBains reported on progress, cost, programme, quality and key construction risks, delivering timely, objective advice that supported informed funding decisions and helped protect the lender's investment through to practical completion.
The scheme was launched on 1st September 2026 with an official opening event attended by Mike Tindall MBE as special guest.
