The headquarters building consists of four underground floors and seven upper floors covering approximately 16,600 square metres underground and 13,000 square metres above ground.
It provides administration and office space, an education centre, private basement parking and complementary spaces such as a museum, library, café, gymnasium, amphitheatre and restaurant.
The facility has adopted several green features including energy efficient lighting, a VRF system for air-conditioning, increased natural light, occupancy and CO2 sensors and solar panel installation in order to achieve the LEED platinum rating certification.
