Known as ‘The Capston’, the development is the last plot within Ballymore’s Embassy Gardens masterplan to be developed and benefits from a prime riverside setting alongside the US Embassy.

The scheme will deliver 247 new residential apartments across two blocks of 12 and 23 storeys that will share a common entrance at ground floor level containing retail and amenity areas. The new homes will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with penthouse units on the upper floors.
