Located opposite Omonia Square in Athens, this former office building – previously owned by the Army Pension Fund and Athens Armed Forces Officers Club - will be converted into a modern, integrated city hotel.

The existing building will undergo a complete strip-out and extended structural reinforcement works in order to be redeveloped into a city hotel with 200 guests-rooms across eight floors, plus two basement storeys.

An area of approximately 350 square metres will be used for retail space on the ground floor.
