Strawberry Star recently marked the topping out of construction at their new, high-rise mixed-use scheme, known as Bronze – Wandsworth, with a ceremony attended by the project team and special guests including Cllr Ravi Govindia CBE, Leader of Wandsworth Council.
The scheme, which is being monitored by McBains on behalf of Oaknorth Bank, will deliver 77 private residential units comprising a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments along with duplex penthouses, together with 1,500 square metres of business space and a café fronting the adjacent King George’s Park.
Residents will benefit from their own recessed balcony, a communal roof terrace, with children’s play area, 24-hour estate security and 12-hour daytime concierge.
Bronze Wandsworth ranges in height from four to 20 storeys and takes its name from the building’s bronze cladding.
The scheme sits at the entrance to the Wandsworth Business Village development, a two-acre regeneration scheme by Mount Anvil and Workspace Group.
