We’re very excited to announce the launch of mcbains.gr, a new website dedicated to the ever-expanding operations of our Greek business - McBains Cooper Hellas Technical Consulting S.A..
The bilingual site, mcbains.gr, showcases the capabilities and project portfolio of our highly skilled experts in Greece, who provide project monitoring, PPP/concessions advisory services, technical advisory services, risk assessment, due diligence, surveying and engineering services across Greece, Europe and North Africa from their base in Athens.
Since establishing a presence in Greece in 2010, the team has advised on a range of high profile schemes, including Greece’s first-ever schools PPP project in the Attica region - a €58 million development comprising the design, financing, construction and facilities management of 14 school units hosting more than 3,500 students; the two-year investment plan of improvements and re-development of the five-star IKOS-Oceania resort in Chalkidiki; and the €60 million rebranding of the ex-Ledra hospitality complex in Athens to Grand Hyatt.
The team is currently overseeing an equally diverse array of projects, including the renovation of the landmark Piraeus Tower in Athens; the upgrade and redevelopment of Alimos Marina and the conversion of an existing office building to provide a 200-bedroom Moxy (by Marriott) hotel.
