He is a highly technically-assured and competent professional, who always shows a willingness to support his colleagues and the wider business. His promotion not only reflects his dedication and contribution but also his integral role in the future success and growth of the team.
SOODHA RAJCOOMAR has been promoted to the position of Senior Cost Manager within our London Cost Management team. Soodha originally joined McBains on a 12-month summer placement in 2020, before re-joining as an Assistant Cost Manager in 2022 and being promoted to Cost Manager in 2024. Throughout this time, Soodha has provided a valuable role within the team, consistently delivering high-quality work and demonstrating the leadership and judgement expected at senior level. Her promotion recognises her performance to date and the confidence the business has in her continued contribution, as well as her achievement of RICS chartered status at the end of last year.
WARWICK STOCKDALE has been promoted to the position of Senior Cost Manager within our London Cost Management team. Since joining McBains in 2021, Warwick has proven to be a highly valuable member of the team; consistently demonstrating strong commercial acumen, technical capability and professionalism in the delivery of projects. Warwick passed the RICS APC in June last year to become a fully chartered surveyor. His promotion recognises this personal achievement; as well as his contribution to both the team and the wider business and his continued development as a trusted advisor to clients.
The above individuals all possess the qualities that we seek in a McBains employee; being thoroughly professional, trustworthy, respectful and always willing to support their colleagues and the wider business. Their promotions demonstrate how committed we are to supporting staff to develop their careers within the business.
