We’re delighted to announce that McBains has been appointed to LHC's Retrofit and Decarbonisation (N9) Framework to deliver retrofit solutions for the public sector.
The £460 million framework is designed to offer a full suite of services to address all aspects of a building's energy efficiency, enabling the decarbonisation of existing housing stock and public buildings.
McBains has been appointed to workstream 1 of the four-year framework, which covers energy policy, strategy development and grant funding support, multi-disciplinary consultancy, PAS 2035 (domestic building audits and heat decarbonisation plans) and PAS 2038 (commercial audits and heat decarbonisation).
Anthony Coumidis, Commercial Director, commented: “We’re looking forward to working with LHC and their members to deliver retrofit and decarbonisation projects that will bring high-quality energy-efficient improvements to buildings across the Midlands, East of England and the South East”.
