As Director of Finance, Mary is responsible for the financial control of the business through the management of robust financial processes and controls, and ownership of all budgeting and forecasting processes. She provides commercial and financial advice to the business leads, utilising her commercial skills to help the business to consistently deliver projects profitably whilst making processes more efficient through optimal use of our information systems.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Mary studied for her Bachelor of Commerce degree in South Africa and has spent time working in the US.

Constantly striving to be a positive and effective role model, Mary has a great interest in the subject of leadership and the qualities that make a great leader.

Mary used to row competitively but due to time constraints and injury doesn’t row anymore. Instead, she endeavours to keep fit by running. Although she readily admits that most of her spare time is spent looking after her two small children.
