The development is set to deliver a new quality benchmark of private residential apartments in Birmingham city centre. It will provide a mix of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments with commensurate amenity facilities set out across the ground floor and the top floor of each tower, and externally across the podium garden between the two towers.

The scheme’s Park Residence rises to 15 storeys and provides 146 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments, whilst Centenary Tower rises to 46 storeys and delivers 432 one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The development will deliver a 14,000sqft of shared amenity space including fitness suites, yoga and spin studios, a climbing wall, outdoor gym terrace, a private dining room, co-working space, a golf simulator, a spa, sauna, steam room and Birmingham’s first private 20m swimming pool within a residential development. 

The shared podium terrace connecting both towers will feature a cinema screen and BBQ area, whilst a garden terrace at the top of the Park Residence building will feature outdoor coworking space and a spa pool.
