McBains has appointed Grant Harden to the position of Director within its building services engineering division, further strengthening its position as a leading provider of integrated design services.
Grant joins McBains from CalfordSeadon where he held the position of Partner, having previously worked at MLM Group (Sweco) and Inviron.
A member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Grant has over 40 years experience as a building services engineer that has afforded him an extensive project portfolio and varied technical knowledge and experience.
Commenting on Grant’s appointment, Rolfe Jackson, Head of Building Services Engineering, said:
“I’m thrilled that Grant has joined us to strengthen the Building Services Division’s management team and to assist in the further expansion and development of the division, supporting both myself and Chris Stevens.
“Grant brings a wealth of experience to the division and, with a specialism in electrical building services design, adds to the management team’s technical ability.”
