Leading property and construction consultancy McBains has appointed Michael Lytrides as a Director within their London Project Development (LPD) team
Michael is a Chartered Project Professional and a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer, with 30 years' experience in the construction industry.
He joins from Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, where he was Director of Project Management and responsible for the delivery of major projects, including a £200m commercial and retail scheme at South Molton Triangle in Central London and a £500m build-to-rent residential programme on a 12-acre site in Bermondsey.
Before he joined Grosvenor, Michael held project leadership roles at Imperial College London and Mace – where he was seconded to the Olympic Delivery Authority’s Delivery Partner, to drive delivery of the Main Media Centre for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Previously, Michael undertook project management consultancy roles at Capita Symonds and Arup, where he delivered major projects in the education and railways sectors.
