McBains has been shortlisted for the title of Property Advisor of the Year at the 28th annual 'the PROPs' Awards, organised by Variety, the children's charity.
The award recognises firms that have utilised their insight and experience to drive business advantage for their clients and have made valuable contributions to the Property Advisory field.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony taking place on Tuesday 14th May 2019 and hosted by rugby legend Martin Bayfield.
The event aims to raise proceeds to purchase wheelchairs for disabled and disadvantaged children and young people throughout the UK. The awards were first held in 1992 and have since generated over £10 million for the charity and 2,054 powered wheelchairs.
Variety was first established in Pittsburgh in 1928 and gradually became involved in helping disabled and disadvantaged children around the world. Since then, more than £270 million has been raised by Variety in the UK providing over 5,500 Sunshine Coaches, almost the same number of wheelchairs, thousands of grants to individual children and life-saving support for children's hospitals, hospices and youth clubs.
