Our specialist housing team has secured planning approval for its scheme at Twigworth Green, Tewkesbury District.
The scheme, for Vistry Group, comprises a total of 159 dwellings, together with public amenity space and associated infrastructure.
Of the 159 total dwellings, 20% will be affordable homes comprising two- and three-bedroom houses and 80% will be market homes comprising three-, four- and five-bedroom houses.
The approved design represents our second approved phase of development at Twigworth Green.
