Cyber Essentials is a government-endorsed cyber security standard and covers five key technical controls comprising boundary firewalls and internet gateway, secure configuration, access control, malware protection and patch management.

Being accredited demonstrates that McBains takes cyber security seriously and provides assurance that essential security controls are in place to protect data and reduce cyber risks”.
The certification covers all company servers, PCs, laptops and company mobile devices.
Cyber Essentials Plus certification requires verification of our processes and systems by an independent, authorised third party.
