McBains has appointed Louise Dixon Chapman to lead a newly-established business unit aimed at offering strategic advice to clients on the development of effective workplace strategies and smarter working models that reflect the impact of Covid.
Joining from Cushman & Wakefield where she was Associate Partner, Louise was previously Head of Global Workplace Planning & Strategy at Red Hat – a $3.4 billion global business – and Head of Regional Workplace Consultancy at Hok, the design, architecture and engineering firm.
Louise has over 25 years experience in global real estate and workplace strategy, working with CEOs and leaders in HR, IT, finance and operations, both client-side and in consultancy. The new business unit led by Louise will be named London Workplace (LWP).
Mark Leeson, Operations Director, McBains said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Louise to the management team. Highly experienced in planning and creating and managing world-class environments, Louise is uniquely placed to help guide our clients in the transition from a pre-Covid to post-Covid workplace through the creation of smarter working models that align business requirements with digital and physical solutions.
“Louise will also be integral to the development of a successful workplace strategy for McBains, as we move to our new St John's Street offices and as we look to evolve our plans for the future occupation of the new headquarters building.”
Louise Dixon Chapman said:
“I’m looking forward to joining McBains at a time when many companies are getting to grips with the ‘new normal’ and how new workplace models can be established so that businesses and employees alike can get the most our of each other as we adapt to new working patterns.”
