McBains has placed an article in Property Week analysing the commercial property market in London. The report analyses commercial property transactions over £100 million in the capital in the 12 months to June 2020.

This has been mainly down to UK investors propping up the market as Brexit concerns cause overseas investors to be cautious. The full impact of Covid-19 is also yet to be fully felt, as the reported figures only take us to June 2020.
