McBains has secured yet another planning permission, on behalf of Barratt & David Wilson Homes, for a further 240 dwellings within the Milton Keynes Western Expansion Area.
The planning permission relates to the fifth phase of works within Area 11 of the WEA and comprises plots 3C, 3D, 5D,5E 5F and LC.
The 240 dwellings are made up of one and two bedroom apartments, together with three, four and five bedroom houses.
This latest planning success, takes our total approvals for this site up to an impressive 1103 dwellings.

This was followed by a further 262 dwellings on parcels 3B, 4B and 5C, which gained approval on July 30, 2015. On April 27, 2016, we secured permission for 216 units on parcels 6A, 6B and 6C and most recently, in January 2017, we secured planning for 241 dwellings for parcels 2B, 2C, 5A, 5B and 6D.
