Ian is the main driving force behind our regional operations in the North West; managing the delivery of both cost and project management services to a variety of private and public sector clients from our Manchester office.

A fully chartered surveyor, Ian has spent time working overseas in the Middle East and Central Europe, managing projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Latvia, UAE, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Ian’s management capabilities are coupled with extensive experience in delivering consultancy services across a variety of sectors and a keen interest in contract and construction law. He has also become a highly competent planning and development consultant and has provided comprehensive technical due diligence support to various investment funds for the expansion of their real estate portfolios.

When time allows, Ian enjoys running, tennis and skiing and loves to travel.
