The redevelopment of the 5.6 hectare Royal Mail depot site is a key part of the Vauxhall Battersea Opportunity Area, sitting between Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms market and adjacent to the new US Embassy.

Delivered by Greystar, the scheme provides a total of 894 build-to-rent (BTR) apartments across two blocks of 10 and 17 storeys.

The scheme also delivers a range of community and amenity facilities, including event space, lounges, hubs, Wi-Fi and work zones, community garden, children’s playroom, dog wash and games room, as well as a 24-hour gym, spa and rooftop, infinity-edge swimming pool.
