The c. 1 acre site’s existing buildings have been demolished to make way for a contemporary office complex, comprising two eight-storey buildings. Building A provides 7,810 square metres of space, whilst Building B provides 8,950 square metres.
The two buildings share a courtyard garden and four common underground floors for auxiliary use such as MEP plant rooms and car parking areas.
The scheme won the ‘Best New Project in Progress’ award at the Commercial Property Awards Greece in 2020.
