McBains awarded position on ESPO Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice & Management Services Framework (2664)

ESPO’s Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice & Management Services Framework provides local authorities and eligible UK public bodies with a quick, simple and competitive route to obtaining property advice and management services.

McBains has been awarded a place on five lots of the framework, which will run for an initial period of two years, with the potential for a further, two-year extension:
•    Lot 1 – North of England 
•    Lot 2 – Midlands 
•    Lot 3 – East of England 
•    Lot 4 – South of England 
•    Lot 5 – London

The framework provides access to a wide range of services and associated services for property, building and infrastructure advice and management, including project management, contract administrator, employer’s agent, quantity surveying, building surveying, architecture, building services engineering, civil and structural engineering, clerk of works and health & safety advisor (CDM co-ordinator) / principle designer services.

ESPO is a non-profit making body, owned and operated jointly by six local authorities, whose key objective is to help its member authorities achieve optimum value for money when buying goods and services. The framework is available to local authorities served by ESPO, together with any public body; including central government agencies and ministries, NHS and emergency services, schools, academies, colleges and universities, registered charities and registered social landlords.
