McBains has been named as a supplier on NHS Shared Business Services’ Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (HPCCAS) framework agreement
NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) has appointed McBains to seven lots of the HPCCAS framework agreement. These include:
- Lot 1 - Architectural Services
- Lot 2 - Project Management
- Lot 4 - Quantity Surveyor
- Lot 6 - Principal Designer Services (inc Health & Safety)
- Lot 7 - Multidisciplinary Services
- Lot 8 - Building Surveyors
- Lot 10 - Net Zero, Environmental Consultancy & Sustainability
The four-year HPCCAS framework agreement will facilitate the procurement of quality and value-for-money construction consultancy services by the NHS and other public sector organisations to assist with the design and delivery of new build or refurbishment schemes, regeneration projects and / or major programmes of work.
Launching on 14 August, 2023, the new HPCCAS framework agreement replaces the NHS SBS’ recently expired Construction Consultancy Services Framework Agreement; ensuring that the NHS and public sector organisations continue to have access to a trusted and OJEU compliant route to construction consultancy services.
Anthony Coumidis, McBains Commercial Director, commented: “We’re delighted to have been named as a supplier on NHS SBS’ HPCCAS framework agreement and very much look forward to supporting both our existing and potential clients with their construction projects via this framework partnership”.
Melissa King, Senior Category Manager - Construction and Infrastructure, said: “We’re excited to launch our Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement, which replaces our successful Construction Consultancy Services 2 framework agreement. It is designed to support the NHS and wider public sector by providing high-quality, innovative and cost-effective solutions through UK-wide coverage, a unique depth of expertise and a broad range of suppliers.”
NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) was created in 2004 by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to deliver corporate services to the NHS.
