Project Architect, Design

We are looking for an all round project architect, with specific experience in RIBA Stage 2 to 3 within the residential, mixed-use, healthcare and commercial (offices and scientific/ research facilities) sectors and aspirations to develop.

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client
• Ensuring that all deadlines are met to a great standard of work
• Liaising with other clients, contractors and other professionals
• resolve problems and issues that arise

• Experience of Town Centre masterplanning preferable
• Experience in performing arts centres and/or commercial delivery would be welcomed.
• Comfortable leading internal and external design teams incl. liaison with statutory stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 and use of Revit essential. Revit test will be required.
• Strong design flair and technical expertise required – a desire for design and technical excellence
• Ability to act as a Project Leader and work as part of an inter-disciplinary team
  
• Ability to develop and enhance Client relationships
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
